Place was clean and cozy. Not real big, but keep amenities, out by entrance, free snacks and fruit fresh water coffee. Almost to quiet.
Fui a Torreón por un diplomado de mi pareja y la verdad fue muy tranquilo y agradable, desde el momento que haces la reservación, hasta el momento en el que te retiras. Sin ningún tipo de malos tratos y muy recomendado si vas de viaje por pocos días
Muy buena atención del personal. El desayuno está muy bien, y también ofrecen colación en la tarde. La habitación es amplia y en buen estado. El estacionamiento es pequeño pero suficiente. Excelente ubicación. El único detalle a mejorar es el agua caliente, intentamos a varias horas y nunca salió caliente, apenas tibia.
Es un hotel sencillo pero cómodo y bien ubicado. La relación por precio-calidad es buena, está a unas cuadras de la Plaza Mayor, su personal desde mi muy particular punto de vista fue atento y amable. El único problema que encontré fue que la señal WiFi era muy deficiente en las habitaciones, aún así volvería a hospedarme ahí.
Es mi hotel de cabecera hace más de un año, en general el hotel está muy bien, las habitaciones son cómodas y camas kingsize en sencillas, la ubicación está execelente, llegas caminando al centro, pongo 4 estrellas solo por el internet, hace falta más repetidores y/o mejorar ese servicio; funciona pero si te toca en habitaciones del fondo va ser dolor de cabeza ese servicio.
